VOIP is one-way over-the-Internet audio via Attendees' computer speakers. It is the least expensive but does not allow voice-back from Attendees. Reservationless is two-way audio with no Operator. Op-Assist is two-way with operator for bringing attendees into the show and introducing them audio for questions and answers.
