General Technical Support Information
Experience has shown the majority of connectivity solutions require a new browser download or network
adjustment which cannot be performed quickly enough to join an event in progress.
As a result, we have
geared our primary Technical Support and Training services to help presenters and attendees prepare in
advance of their scheduled programs.
Minimum Equipment Requirements
While PresentPLUS works with almost all computers, the following minimum requirements exist for modem speed, processing speed and browser versions:
PC, Mac or Unix computer, Pentium class or equivalent
Java-enabled browser such as 4.00 or higher versions of Internet Explorer or Navigator
28.8 or faster Internet connection
